Job Overview
The CSI Companies is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Remote Marketing Manager (Salesforce Alliance) to lead global Salesforce-aligned marketing initiatives. This role will drive the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, alliance programs, and high-impact events that build pipeline, strengthen market presence, and support go-to-market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise B2B environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the global Salesforce marketing team in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, client-facing programs, and event sponsor ships.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define requirements, align on objectives, and deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with U.S. and global teams to plan and deliver marketing programs that build pipeline, enhance alliance eminence, and drive business growth.
  • Own the production and execution of marketing deliverables, including Deloitte-hosted and third-party events, external videos and webcasts, social media, blogs, and digital advertising.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution while tracking leads, reporting outcomes, and ensuring program success.
  • Work with relationship managers, alliance leaders, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated alliance marketing campaigns across marketing automation, events, thought leadership, collateral, and digital channels.
  • Design and execute event strategies for annual conferences, regional events, round tables, and alliance-sponsored events, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.
  • Track, monitor, and measure marketing performance, contributing to ROI reporting and continuous optimization of campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience creating demand generation programs and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record of developing, managing, and executing high-impact, multichannel marketing programs in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience supporting event marketing activations through digital advertising, branding, and social media.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
