THE ROLE
As the Strategic Partner Marketing Manager
, you will serve as the primary marketing interface and strategic bridge for Pure Storage’s most influential global and regional partners across EMEA
. In this high-impact overlay role, you are responsible for building a predictable, high-quality Enterprise pipeline engine by aligning Pure’s marketing strategy with the objectives of both the Field Marketing and Channel Sales organizations.
Externally, you will act as a dedicated partner advocate—communicating Pure’s programs and playbooks, gathering field requirements to refine corporate assets, and ensuring Pure remains the preferred choice for partners.
Internally, you will drive operational excellence and collaborate closely with regional Field Marketing Managers, leading by influence and by co-building integrated marketing plans, managing MDF and POP validation, and streamlining processes to ensure seamless execution and visibility across the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Strategic Pipeline Generation- Co-develop and support execution of (bi)-annual integrated marketing plans for a focused portfolio of Key Strategic Partners.
- Focus exclusively on driving Partner-Sourced Enterprise Pipeline, ensuring every activity is measurable and aligned with regional business targets.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing outcomes, ROI, and pipeline health to marketing & channel leadership.
- Maintain seamless strategic alignment and open dialogue with the regional Field Marketing teams.
- Orchestrate co-marketing efforts with Distributors and Technology Alliances (e.g., Cisco, NVIDIA, Nutanix, …) to create "better together" stories that strengthen Pure’s market positioning.
- Utilize these Alliances to gain entry into net-new Enterprise accounts via well coordinated plans, in alignment with regional Channel Sales and Field Marketing priorities.
- Regional Field Synergy: Operates as a strategic overlay to regional Field Marketing Managers, leveraging their market expertise, collaborating as one team, ensuring all joint initiatives are seamlessly executed and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Be the "Voice of the Partner": Act as a critical feedback loop between Field Marketing, Partners and Global Marketing, ensuring that localized market requirements and partner needs are reflected in global campaign development.
- Channel Sales Integration: Foster deep-rooted relationships with the Channel Sales organization to ensure marketing initiatives are "sales-ready" and directly contribute to partner seller motivation and preference.
- On-the-Ground Advocacy: Represent Pure Storage at key partner events, summits, and planning sessions, serving as a brand evangelist and subject matter expert on Pure’s marketing programs, campaigns and playbooks.
- MDF & KPI Support: Ensure the health of regional budgets and program impact through rigorous, collaborative tracking of MDF and KPIs in lockstep with Field Marketing requirements.
- Strategic Guidance: Serve as a data-driven consultant for internal stakeholders, providing the insights necessary to optimize Field Marketing strategies and ensure global programs translate into local success.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: 6+ years in B2B Channel or Partner Marketing, specifically within the High-Tech/SaaS/Infrastructure sector.
- Expert at leading by influence
