• Create and edit high-quality website pages, blogs, and supporting content
• Utilize AI tools to generate initial drafts and refine them to final quality
• Optimize content for SEO best practices to drive traffic and engagement
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to manage content deadlines
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency

• 2–3 years of professional writing and editing experience
• Strong command of English grammar, tone, and structure
• Proven ability to self-edit and proofread content
• Experience writing SEO-focused web content
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs

• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation
• Experience writing or editing content for the medical, aesthetic, or legal industries
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press or Drupal
• Experience managing clients or workflows using CRMs
