Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives for Magnuson Group. This position combines hands‑on and team leadership and strategic planning. You’ll create compelling content, work with product data, oversee email and social media campaigns and play a key role in new product launches – collaborating with both the internal team and external partners to elevate visibility and engagement.

• Oversee the creation of high‑quality product content, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, product renderings, brochures and website content.
• Supervise and collaborate with the marketing team, as well as external partners, to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
• Lead the development of new digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and streamline product specification and ordering.
• Serve as a project manager for all marketing activities – providing guidance, support, and regular check‑ins to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources and prioritize initiatives to align with business goals.
• Thoroughly review deliverables prior to distribution to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.
• Support new product introductions with strategic marketing deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment within the marketing team, encouraging creativity and excellence.

• Experience managing a team with strong project management and team leadership skills.
• 3+ years of experience in the commercial furniture industry in manufacturing, furniture dealer or architecture and design.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and proactively seek guidance when needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Proactively embraces opportunities to learn and contributes wherever necessary to support team success.
• Strong graphic design sense with an artistic eye for visual presentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions with outside customers, vendors, and employees.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, website management, and product configuration tools (e.g., Configura CET).
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and work on various projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP software (Acumatica preferred), and an openness to learning new software programs.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience encouraged.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• $100k to $116k Total Compensation, including base salary and bonus/incentives based on company performance.
