This role is pivotal in managing and executing digital media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and performance goals. The Ad Operations Specialist will serve as a crucial link between the teams, leading the trafficking of deliverables and reporting on campaign performance.
By collaborating with various stakeholders, this position will help elevate our clients' marketing strategies and improve their outreach and effectiveness in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices. This is a fully remote position that fosters a collaborative team environment.
- Lead management of trafficking deliverables for assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with Media planners to execute successful campaigns based on client KPIs.
- Manage creative deliverables and goals in collaboration with client Account teams.
- Ensure Media vendors are prepared to launch campaigns and monitor performance.
- Complete all necessary processes with the Ad Ops Team for successful campaigns.
- Serve as liaison between Account team, Media planner, and Media vendors.
- Lead data completion for monthly reporting and manage media budgets.
- 5+ years’ experience in an office environment.
- 3+ years’ media/agency experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- General understanding of customer service and client management.
- Able to multitask and perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient skills and 1+ years’ experience with performance metrics and Google Campaign Manager 360.
- Comprehensive understanding of running campaigns from start to finish.
- Ability to manage new launches and coordinate with Media vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently.
