The Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategy (Sales Enablement) sits within the Marketing Organization as part of the broader Enterprise Growth team and partners closely with the Agent Marketing team and key cross‑functional groups—including Consumer Insights & Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Data & Technology. This role contributes to shaping and advancing sales enablement strategies that drive growth and enhance the agent and member experience across Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), Special Needs Plans (D‑SNP, I‑SNP, C‑SNP), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement products.
You will collaborate closely with Agent Marketing and Market Point teams to ensure sales channel partners are equipped with clear, compliant, and high‑impact tools and resources that empower agents and drive informed member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
The ideal candidate possesses strong Medicare domain expertise, is knowledgeable about the differences between MA, MAPD, PDP, and Medicare Supplement selling models, and can deliver actionable sales enablement solutions for both internal and external channel partners.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of Humana's Product Marketing Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing enterprise sales enablement strategies. In close partnership with the Agent Marketing Learning & Development organization, you will develop comprehensive enablement solutions that equip and empower agents across a diverse product portfolio while ensuring alignment with business priorities and channel‑specific needs, including:
- Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) Plans.
- Special Needs Plans (SNP), including D‑SNP, I‑SNP, and C‑SNP.
- Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
- Medicare Supplement (Med Supp) Products.
- Channel‑specific requirements across internal and external audiences (field, telephonic, broker, digital, and third‑party agents).
- Drive growth initiatives across AEP, OEP, SEP, and year‑round Med Supp and PDP sales cycles.
- Support the creation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of compliant sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and toolkits for MAPD, PDP, and Med Supp products.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Agent Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, and Compliance teams to ensure all content is accurate, aligned, and market‑ready.
- Leverage VOC insights and field feedback to continuously refine tools, resources, and training materials to improve agent performance and customer experience.
- Assess the effectiveness of enablement materials to inform future development.
- Partner with Agent Marketing to monitor competitive intelligence, product positioning, and market insights, supporting the creation of competitive comparison tools and strategies for MA, MAPD, PDP, and Med Supp portfolios.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Medicare marketing, or product marketing.
- Experience supporting sales teams or channel partners, including providing enablement resources, training, and strategic guidance to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
