Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the strategy and overseeing the team that executes digital marketing programs to drive demand for Zebra's solutions. The position is responsible for driving and cascading Zebra’s digital marketing strategy in close coordination with peers globally. The Digital Marketing Lead will ensure the digital demand generation process, including the optimization of our end-user marketing automation platform, is consistent for all priority verticals and portfolios.

This role will oversee the creation, management, and execution of digital awareness and demand programs (paid and owned) guided by the global demand strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the digital marketing SME to guide stakeholders on the most impactful marketing mix to reach, engage, and convert target audiences across core verticals and aligned with regional priorities
  • Leverage profile data and behavioral activity to drive sequenced programs that ultimately lead to right time, right message delivery
  • Lead the strategic partnership with our media agency, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks to ensure the effective deployment of all paid media campaigns (SEM, paid social, programmatic, display, content syndication, etc.)
  • Manage the advertising capabilities within our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform (Demandbase) and leverage its intent data to inform targeting and optimize campaign performance
  • Own the end-user marketing automation platform (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including the development of lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, segmentation, and targeted email campaigns to move prospects through the funnel
  • On-time/on-budget delivery of programs that support a full-funnel approach
  • Establish and maintain best practices for digital marketing channels, including the creation of a robust testing and optimization framework
  • Continuously research, pilot, and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies and strategies to provide strategic recommendations for future investment and innovation, with a specific focus on the application of AI
  • Analyze performance data and reports from all channels (agency-led and in-house) to derive actionable insights and provide strategic direction for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

  • Platform Expertise
    :
    Deep, hands‑on proficiency with paid media channels (ex: Linked In, Google Ads, You Tube, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Meta) Working proficiency in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, SFDC and Demandbase.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management
    :
    Demonstrated success in a strategic leadership role, including media agency management, team leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset
    :
