Location: Remote (US-Based Only)

, focused on performance-driven lead generation and booked revenue — not vanity metrics.
We already have internal marketing support and systems in place. We are looking for a hands‑on paid media expert who can manage, optimize, and scale our campaigns with a focus on profitable growth.
This is not a CMO role.
This is not a strategy‑only position.
We are looking for a working‑level expert who lives inside the platforms.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search + LSA preferred)
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Lead Gen + Conversion campaigns)
- Weekly data review and performance adjustments
- Keyword expansion and pruning
- Budget allocation and scaling decisions
- Ad copy testing and iteration
- Landing page feedback and conversion optimization suggestions
- Review call tracking data to improve lead quality
- Provide simple weekly reporting with clear KPI focus
- Proven experience running PPC for HVAC and/or Roofing companies
- Strong understanding of:
- Call-based lead funnels
- High-ticket service campaigns ($1k–$20k jobs)
- Seasonality in home services
- Experience managing $10k–$40k+ monthly ad spend
- Comfortable working with call tracking platforms (Call Rail, What Converts, etc.)
- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
- Ability to clearly explain performance decisions
- 12–18 hours per week
- 2–3 structured optimization sessions weekly
- Ongoing campaign monitoring
- Weekly performance sync call
Consistency matters more than sporadic availability.
Compensation- $50–$65 per hour (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonus tied to:
- Cost per booked appointment
- Revenue growth benchmarks
- Lead quality improvements
Bonus structure will be discussed during final interview stage.
