Join Assembly’s Summer Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and have the opportunity to network within the Stagwell network of agencies. This is more than an internship—it’s your chance to kickstart your career in the marketing and advertising industry.
As an intern, you’ll collaborate with our teams on meaningful client projects, attend exclusive workshops and speaker events, and participate in optional programs like Shark Tank-style competitions and career path mini-series.
Our program is open to college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates who are eager to explore different facets of the marketing and advertising industry.
Successful applicants must commit to the duration of the program from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026. They will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days of remote work each week. The work hours will be from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
Support the Client Experience team on day-to-day client accounts needs
Assist with compiling and interpreting reporting insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Participate in brainstorms and internal meetings to contribute ideas and learn internal processes
Develop written and verbal communication skills by drafting email responses and contributing to reporting narratives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Paid Social, Search, etc) to support campaign activations
Gain exposure to client presentations, watching senior team members present media strategies and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Rising Junior, Senior, or recent Grads
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc, Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
