Senior Director of Messaging & Research; Remote

• Starting salary of $110,000
• Unlimited vacation with a requirement of at least 2 weeks off each year

• Develop and manage a messaging and content testing plan to support affiliates
• Create and distribute messaging guidance and talking points based on research
• Attend message and research briefings to keep staff informed on new findings
• Provide technical assistance to state affiliates on research needs
• Manage the messaging and research team, including content creators and designers

• Experience managing people is a prerequisite
• Strong mastery and proven track record in communications strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to generate equitable and sustainable solutions to complex challenges
• Commitment to racial equity and social justice

• Experience managing survey and message research is a plus
