Are you a results‑driven Growth Marketer m/f/d with a passion for B2B marketing in technical or regulated industries? Join Phoenix Testlab, part of the NMi Group, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing visibility, generating high‑quality leads, and driving business growth across our compliance testing services.

As a Growth Marketer m/f/d, you’ll contribute to shaping and executing the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy for Phoenix Testlab, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with commercial objectives and tailored to customer needs. Your work will directly support the delivery of the Group’s 2030 Strategy, focused on sustainable growth

You’ll work as part of the Phoenix Testlab Sales and Marketing team
, reporting through a matrixed structure to the Sales Director and Group Marketing Director. Campaigns will be developed and delivered in close collaboration with the NMi Group Marketing Service Center
, giving you access to shared tools, brand assets, digital platforms, and performance insights.

You’ll have access to the NMi Group Marketing Service Center as a key resource—offering tools, best practices, and campaign assets to support your work, while retaining ownership of planning and execution locally at Phoenix Testlab.

Your Tasks
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute high‑impact inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture the sales funnel within Phoenix Testlab.
  • Regional GTM Execution: Play a central role in developing and localising Phoenix Testlab’s Go‑To‑Market approach in alignment with the Group’s broader Market Access strategy.
  • Multi‑Channel Execution: Leverage SEO, AEO, email marketing, webinars, digital advertising, gated content, and event support to engage target customer segments.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Phoenix Testlab Sales Director and team to ensure tight integration between marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data and KPIs to track and optimise marketing performance, continuously improving ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Maintain and optimise lead workflows using Hub Spot, ensuring seamless tracking and handover of leads to Sales.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with NMi Group’s global brand standards while adapting content for the DACH market.
  • Cross Team

    Collaboration:

    Work in partnership with the DE‑based Sales and Marketing team to ensure coordinated delivery across physical and digital channels.
  • Asset Development: Collaborate with the Group Marketing Service Centre to develop reusable marketing assets, campaign templates, and scalable frameworks that drive efficiency and consistency across markets.
Your Profile
  • Have more than five years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technical, testing, or regulated industries.
  • Have a proven track record of generating qualified leads through both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Bring hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot.
  • Work with a data‑driven mindset and have a strong command of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Communicate exceptionally well, are fluent in German, and have strong English skills.
  • Are comfortable operating in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dotted‑line reporting structures.
  • Are highly self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently while leveraging shared services and aligning with group‑wide strategies.
