- Create and optimize campaigns using tools like MoEngage and Plotline for user engagement and retention.
- Analyze growth metrics and campaign performance to generate insights and improve strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with content teams to design engaging notifications and campaigns tailored for farmers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or engagement marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with growth automation tools such as MoEngage or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating concise messaging for target audiences.
- Experience in agtech, edtech, or consumer‑facing digital platforms in emerging markets.
- Familiarity with local farmer behavior patterns and digital ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages:
Hausa, Swahili, Amharic, or Oromo.
