What you’ll do- Design and execute customer engagement journeys using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including welcome series, re‑engagement, and loyalty campaigns.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop CRM strategies that support acquisition, retention, and conversion goals.
- Manage agency partners supporting CRM execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign timelines, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to enrich customer profiles through data appending and segmentation strategies.
- Support monthly data appends and hygiene efforts to maintain CRM integrity and improve personalization.
- Work closely with the Digital and Creative teams to develop compelling content and assets for CRM campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and engagement metrics to optimize journeys and improve ROI.
- Assist in the migration and optimization of email programs within SFMC, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track CRM effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders.
- This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. It may begin as remote but will transition to an in‑office setting at the headquarters within 3–6 months of start date. Remote work in New York City is not eligible.
- This role requires 4–5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
- Applicants should expect the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a DTC environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder).
- Proven success in developing and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data appending, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for customer experience and data‑driven marketing.
- Working knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools and techniques, with the ability to leverage automation, predictive analytics, and personalization to enhance CRM performance.
- Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.
