As a Senior Meta Advertising Specialist, you will lead our paid advertising efforts, driving exceptional results through creative strategies, data analysis, and expert optimization. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working on multiple high-impact campaigns.

• Lead Facebook/Instagram Advertising Campaigns:
  Manage high-budget paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through strategic optimization.
• Creative Strategy Development:
  Craft compelling ad copy, develop engaging creatives, and design impactful campaigns.
• A/B Testing:
  Execute and analyze A/B tests for targeting, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Performance Reporting:
  Generate weekly and monthly reports synthesizing campaign performance data across platforms, providing actionable insights.
• Trend Analysis:
  Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven Expertise:
  Demonstrated success in managing Facebook Ads with a minimum $50,000/month budget.
• Platform Mastery:
  In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting and optimization strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making:
  Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and optimize accordingly.
• Creative Thinking:
  Ability to conceptualize and test innovative ad creatives and strategies.
