With over 150 employees globally and offices in five countries, Logit is looking for an energetic and motivated Head of Marketing to join our growing company. You’ll build and lead Logit’s modern B2B marketing engine—owning brand, demand generation, product/solutions marketing, content, digital, events, PR, and customer marketing (retention/expansion), and marketing operations. This includes pipeline accountability, brand stewardship and board‑ready analytics.
Impact You Can Create at Logit
- Strategy & Leadership – Own the annual GTM and brand plan; set quarterly OKRs tied to pipeline and revenue; run agile cadences with Sales/Client Services/Product. Lead brand, content and thought leadership through stewardship of the visual and verbal brand; ensure message consistency; drive a proactive PR/media cadence. Own the editorial calendar (e.g., The Lens newsletter, data‑quality POVs, case studies, webinars); amplify launches, awards, and partnerships.
- Demand Generation & Growth – Stand up a multi‑channel engine (SEO/SEM, Linked In/ABM, email, webinars, sponsored media) with full‑funnel measurement (MQL → SQL → Revenue) and attribution. Launch segmented lifecycle programs for researchers, insights leaders, political/public‑affairs, and enterprise buyers; optimize conversion paths on
- Product & Solutions Marketing – Position core service lines (online, CATI, qual, in‑person), as well as res‑tech offerings such as Zamplia, Calibr8 and Question
IQ with competitive narratives and launch plans. Deliver sales enablement: talk tracks, one‑pagers, demos, and ROI tools; partner with Sales on win‑rate improvements. - Events & Field Marketing – Plan and activate industry conferences (IIeX, Quirks, CRC, CRIC, AAPOR, TMRE, ESOMAR, etc.) across North America; manage abstracts/speakers, lead capture, and post‑event nurture to revenue.
- Analytics & Reporting – Stand up KPI frameworks and executive dashboards; present insights and recommendations to leadership; iterate plans based on signals. Drive adoption, NPS, and expansion plays in partnership with Customer Success.
First 12 Months
- Pipeline: marketing‑sourced & influenced SQL volume and win‑rate by segment.
- Web: growth in high‑intent traffic and conversion‑rate lift across priority journeys.
- Revenue mix: contribution from service‑line and res‑tech product launches on marketing‑sourced deals.
- Customer: retention/expansion lift; reference assets produced and utilized.
- Ops: cycle‑time reduction, SLA adherence, production velocity, and internal NPS for Marketing services.
Mobile contact and remote access will be required on an ongoing basis. After‑hours availability as required. Ongoing support and mentoring from Managing Partners. Head of Marketing is a managerial role and therefore exempt from overtime compensation under federal and local wage and hour laws, consistent with the executive/administrative exemption. This is a remote position; travel to head office and conferences will be required.
WhatYou Will Bring to This Role
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years leading teams; experience in U.S. market research, data/analytics, professional services or SaaS services preferred.
- Experience in Canadian market research is an asset.
- Proven pipeline ownership with measurable impact; strong attribution and funnel diagnostics.
