• Support the creation, editing, and publishing of marketing materials, social media posts, and web content to promote SPARK Montana’s programs
• Develop compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including providers, families, and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, child care providers, and community organizations
• Manage updates to the website and assist with analytics-based improvements
• Track engagement metrics across platforms and provide regular updates to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or community outreach
• Experience in early childhood education or non-profit sectors is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
• Montana residency required

• Previous experience in early childhood education or community outreach within non-profit organizations
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in event planning and promotion
