The SMB/B2B Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives for our Pearl by David’s and David’s for Business offerings. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and engage wedding professionals, vendors, and business partners, driving ecosystem growth, vendor sign-ups and wholesale and joint‑venture opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, cross‑functional collaborator, data‑driven, and experienced in SMB and B2B marketing campaigns, events, and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement for Pearl by David’s among wedding professionals and vendors.
- Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns targeting businesses for David’s for Business offerings, including wholesale and joint ventures with bridal designers, boutiques, accessory brands, and home goods partners.
- Define KPIs, set goals, and measure marketing effectiveness, optimizing campaigns based on performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, audience segments and competitor strategies.
- Work cross‑functionally with channel leads—email/CRM, social, website, stores, content, PR, influencer and others—to deliver on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of tactics across channels, tracking success, analyzing results and pivoting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Plan, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns including email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, events and PR initiatives.
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools to segment audiences, nurture leads and track engagement.
- Drive awareness and acquisition for Pearl by David’s vendor ecosystem, developing targeted campaigns to attract new wedding professionals and suppliers.
- Develop educational and engagement programs for vendors and business partners to increase participation in Pearl by David’s and David’s for Business initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, webinars and trade show attendance as needed to drive partner engagement and business development.
- Act as the marketing liaison for B2B initiatives, communicating campaign strategy, performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Establish Pearl by David’s and David’s for Business as trusted and valuable offerings within the wedding professional and B2B communities.
- Develop content, case studies and testimonials highlighting success stories and partner benefits.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and webinars to promote offerings and build relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, SMB or partnership marketing, preferably within retail, lifestyle or wedding/occasion industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive lead generation, partner acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, partner ecosystems and SMB marketing strategies.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with channel leads—email/CRM, social, website, stores, content, PR, influencer etc.—to execute strategies and initiatives.
- Experience planning and executing events, webinars and trade shows.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross‑functional stakeholders simultaneously.
