Summary:
You will be the primary communication partner for the local site head, responsible for crafting messages that reach, inspire, and inform our teams. You will shape narratives, maintain key communication channels, support leaders in delivering their messages, and ensure the Budapest Center of Excellence (CoE) speaks with one clear and compelling voice. Alongside this, you will drive local employer branding initiatives that strengthen INNIO’s presence in the Hungarian talent market.
Yourtasks:
Communication Strategy, Planning & Leadership
- Lead communication strategy for the Budapest CoE in alignment with INNIO global communication principles.
- Own and manage the CoE communication calendar, planning milestones, campaigns, and recurring updates
- Adapt global INNIO messaging for local communication needs and opportunities
- Track communication effectiveness through KPIs, insights, and reporting
- Serve as a communication advisor to CoE leaders and HR partners.
- Create engaging written content for announcements, newsletters, People Leader updates, and cross‑functional messages.
- Translate complex information into clear, concise, and employee‑friendly communication.
- Maintain and continuously improve communication channels (Intranet, Teams, physical spaces, printed materials).
- Ensure message consistency, tone alignment, and high editorial quality across all CoE communications.
- Develop compelling stories that highlight CoE achievements, people, culture, and impact.
- Create content for internal campaigns, leadership messages, program communication, and HR initiatives.
- Produce visual and written materials such as posters, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate photoshoots as needed
- Bring INNIO’s EVP to life within the CoE and across the local talent market.
- Lead the CoE’s Ambassador Program and empower ambassadors to create and share authentic content.
- Coordinate with agency partners and global EB teams to align and enhance branding activities.
- Collaborate with HR and Jenbach Headquarter on ESG social pillar communication and reporting activities.
- Plan and communicate internal events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate INNIO’s presence at local job fairs, including messaging, materials, and on‑site communication support.
- Manage communication‑related vendors, POs, and invoice processing & other reasonable admin tasks
- Partner with HR in building relationships with Hungarian universities, ensuring a strong visibility and talent pipeline for the CoE.
- HR, marketing, economic or communication university degree
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications (in-house), internal communications, employer branding, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong editorial sense
- Ability to simplify complex information and craft messages for different audiences.
- Strength in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity combined with a structured, detail‑oriented workstyle.
- Comfort working in a matrix organization with international teams and cross‑functional partners.
- Experience in Canva, social media platforms, video editing
- Fluent English AND Hungarian
