Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST - Compensation: $38,000 base salary + quarterly profit-based bonuses

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified, hands-on advertiser who has real experience with lead generation campaigns and is ready to grow within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
You’ll manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients, primarily in service-based and local business industries. This role is client-facing and ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and can confidently manage multiple accounts without sacrificing quality or performance. Key Responsibilities- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation
- Effectively manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong performance standards
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively improve CTR, CPL, and lead quality
- Develop audience strategies, retargeting structures, and creative testing plans
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ad messaging and visuals
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and account organization
- Stay current on Meta platform updates and best practices
- Contribute fresh ideas and data-driven solutions to improve client results
- Meta (Facebook) Ads Certification (active or recently completed)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and effectively
- Strong understanding of targeting, tracking, and optimization strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet access and professional home workspace
- Experience working with multiple client accounts in an agency environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Call Rail, or similar platforms
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Interest in continuing education and professional development
