• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, advertising, and insurance practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate benefits clearly
• Effective organizational skills and time management abilities
• Dependable and agile, able to excel in a fluid environment under tight deadlines
