Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Beckley, WV, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging and effective content, optimizing social media platforms, and managing day-to-day interactions on various channels. The role also involves analyzing performance data to refine strategies and maintain alignment with clients’ marketing goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to build and grow brand presence across platforms
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage audiences and foster relationships online
  • Experience in Content Strategy development and writing to produce and manage diverse and impactful social media content
  • Graphic design skills for post management
  • Keen analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Previous experience managing social media for a business or brand is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and digital marketing best practices
