- pay or shift range: $45,000 usd to $50,000 usd
this is a remote position, and preference will be given to candidates located in alabama, florida, tennessee, georgia, south carolina,north carolina,texas,ornew mexico.
essential functions- execute marketing components of new property onboarding for the assigned areas and related brands.
- review and process incoming marketing submissions such as unit descriptions, property updates, construction notices, photography, channel listings, owners, field teams, and others.
- implement online travel agency listing related requests, builds, property updates and unit level content optimizations.
- assist marketing manager with assigned marketing processes and provide actionable insights and/or recommendations where applicable.
- develop and write engaging website content to drive brand interest and seo performance.
- manage photography assets: responsible for unit, complex and destination photography upload and order management.
- create and maintain marketing materials for local referral partners in coordination with marketing manager.
- lead the strategy, creation, and scheduling of organic social media content for assigned areas and applicable brands.
- support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field.
- proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., content management systems, html, graphic design software, social media platforms, marketing management systems, workflow systems).
- experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns desired but not required.
- excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages within brand standards.
- proficient in microsoft applications (e.g., teams, word, power point, excel, outlook, etc.).
- strong attention to detail with an understanding of business processes and impact in marketplace.
- ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
