We are currently seeking a to support and elevate our marketing and business development efforts across the firm. The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in developing compelling proposals, qualifications, and marketing materials that support business growth. This position partners closely with technical staff, business development leaders, and the marketing team to tell the Fuss & O’Neill story in a clear, strategic, and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP/RFQ responses
- Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
- Manage proposal schedules, outlines, compliance requirements, and submission logistics
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
- Develop and maintain project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing collateral
- Support firmwide marketing initiatives, including awards submissions, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Coordinate with business development teams on strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Ensure all materials align with the firm’s brand standards and quality expectations
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in A/E/C or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- CPSM (Certified Professional Services Marketer) a plus, not required
- Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
- Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
- Proven experience developing proposals in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and disciplines
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10% primarily within New England
