The
Product Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and execution for our core and emerging product offerings, including Travel by David’s, Pearl Planner, Vera Wang Bride x Pearl Couture, Alterations, and upcoming initiatives
. This role will be responsible for shaping positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns that amplify these products to the right audiences, driving guest engagement, sign-ups, customers, and long-term adoption.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and collaborative, capable of translating product features into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for David’s products, including Travel by David’s, Pearl Planner, Alterations, and future initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, PR) to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.
  • Define clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences.
  • Create content and assets to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives, including website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with channel leads—email/CRM, social media, website, in-store teams, content, PR, and more—to deliver on strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing tactics, ensuring alignment across channels and consistent execution.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and pivot strategies as needed to optimize impact and ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, sign-ups, and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (agencies, influencers, media) to amplify reach and impact.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and trends to inform product marketing strategies and future product development.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in product offerings and marketing approaches to drive growth.
  • Lead end-to-end product launch execution, including internal enablement and external communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Store, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of product offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support promotional calendar initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Define KPIs to measure the impact of product marketing efforts, including sign-ups, usage, sales, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or wedding-related industries.
    Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in messaging, storytelling, and campaign execution.
    Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
