- Hands‑on media buying across digital platforms, like Meta, Google, and OTT to optimize creative, audience segmentation, targeting, and spend efficiency.
- Build and optimize campaigns that improve CAC, AOV, and market‑level growth.
- Test creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and new channel types.
- Experiment with non‑digital tactics: OOH, direct mail, local partnerships, community activations, and grassroots programs.
- Bring creative ideas to life using AI tools (copy, visuals, animations), while staying on brand.
- Support SEO initiatives by optimizing on‑site content, local listings, and organic visibility in each market we serve.
- Own our organic social presence: planning, drafting, and posting engaging content that grows brand affinity and awareness.
- Identify and execute local growth hacks: partnerships, influencers, referral loops, and community collaborations.
- Surface new ideas that help us grow faster, retain better, convert higher, or be even more efficient with our budget.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate. Speed > perfection.
- Build and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Iterable to increase frequency, retention, order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to concept, test, launch, and optimize subscription and membership programs driving customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer segments and behaviors to improve activations, onboarding, cadence, and retention flows.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools that visualize real‑time performance and highlight key learnings and opportunities.
- Build and manage predictive and media mix models for customer acquisition to optimize market‑level growth with media spend efficiency.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews to keep a pulse on campaign‑level performance that fuels intra‑week optimization and broader strategic planning.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C growth or full‑funnel marketing roles, owning the execution of campaigns spanning multiple channels.
- Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- A true generalist: you can write copy, build digital campaigns, optimize ads, shoot a Tik Tok, and interpret performance data.
- Consumer‑data fluent. You understand concepts like retention curves, cohort behavior, AOV, CAC, LTV, funnel drop‑off, and can translate insights into decisions.
- Comfortable with attribution and event tracking.
- A hands‑on, do‑er who can self‑start and execute with speed.
- Scrappy and resourceful.
- Comfortable with both digital and traditional channels and real‑world activation.
- Creative, curious, and scrappy.
- Tech‑curious.
- Familiarity with Iterable or other CRM tools.
- Experience building landing pages in Word Press.
- Experience in a local marketing environment (multi‑location is a plus).
- Experience experimenting with alternative digital channels, like CTV/OTT, podcast, or streaming audio.
- You’ll have real ownership to build a growth engine from the ground up.
