Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Lead to drive the online presence and digital storytelling of our luxury brand clients. Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, impressions, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling and trend-forward campaigns.
Manage social media budgets, paid promotions, and influencer partnerships to optimize ROI.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
Act as the primary point of contact for social media campaigns, client presentations, and performance reporting.
Mentor and guide junior social media team members, fostering growth and ensuring excellence.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) managing social media for luxury or high-end brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid media strategies.
Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Knowledge of influencer marketing, content marketing, and community management.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
Demonstrable success in growing online presence, engagement, and conversions for premium brands.
Experience managing teams, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and reporting to senior leadership.
Fully remote, flexible working hours with availability for meetings across global time zones.
Occasional participation in client calls or virtual events outside standard working hours may be required.
