This role is for someone who enjoys true ownership. You’ll work directly with me, operate across Amazon and Shopify, and help turn data, ideas, and opportunities into measurable growth. It’s hands‑on, strategic, and high‑impact inside a small, focused team.

Role OverviewYou will help grow and optimize the entire online business across Amazon and Shopify. You will not manage Amazon PPC (we have a dedicated specialist), but you will own operational execution, growth initiatives, new product expansion, and performance improvement across channels.
Graphics are a core part of this role. Our product images, infographics, and A+ content directly drive conversion, reduce returns, and support premium positioning. You must be highly comfortable creating and iterating graphics independently.
This role requires someone who thinks like an operator and executes like a builder.
Core Responsibilities Amazon & Marketplace Operations- Manage listings, variations, and catalog structure
- Improve conversion through positioning and graphic optimization
- Create and update Amazon product images and infographics
- Build and refine A+ content layouts
- Coordinate inventory planning and Send-to-Amazon workflows
- Monitor account health and resolve operational issues
- Support international marketplaces (UK/EU)
- Improve conversion rate and user experience
- Design and update product page graphics
- Develop bundles and upsell visuals
- Manage email flow, graphics, and layout
- Reduce cart abandonment through improved clarity
- Improve product page messaging to reduce returns
- Support the launch of new SKUs with full visual asset creation
- Identify complementary product opportunities
- Improve pricing presentation and value communication
- Develop B2B sales materials and spec sheets
- Expand social media advertising initiatives
- Forecast inventory needs
- Reduce stockouts and aged inventory
- Improve gross margin through operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners
- Analyze return data
- Create expectation-setting graphics
- Improve assembly and usage visuals
- Develop product education materials
- 5+ years managing an e‑commerce brand
- Strong Amazon Seller Central experience
- Shopify backend proficiency
- High proficiency in Canva, and other graphic tools
- Ability to independently create Amazon‑ready infographics and A+ layouts
- Strong understanding of conversion‑focused visual design
- Experience working with inventory and margin analysis
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Not a PPC manager
- Not a pure graphic designer
- Not a virtual assistant
This role requires ownership, operational discipline, and the ability to execute high‑impact graphics without relying on agencies.
