• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategic planning, or business development
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions
• Experience with ad agencies and CRM platforms strongly preferred

• 2 years of experience engaging with upper‑level decision makers
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms and building email marketing campaigns
• A blend of marketing intuition and data curiosity
