• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to develop marketing initiatives
• Analyze consumer trends and market intelligence to create effective marketing strategies
• Provide actionable and measurable recommendations based on market and industry insights
• Lead the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives for brand positioning
• Partner with outside agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;
  Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategic planning, or business development
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions
• Experience with ad agencies and CRM platforms preferred

• 2 years of experience engaging with upper‑level decision‑makers
• Proven ability to work within CRM platforms and develop marketing automation journeys
• Experience in building email marketing campaigns and supporting content initiatives
