As a Marketing Manager at Shop Back, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s identity and deepening connections with our users. From planning and executing campaigns to ensuring a seamless user journey, your work will leave a lasting impact. Collaborating with local and global teams, you’ll serve as the key link between Shop Back and our audience, driving campaigns that resonate and deliver results.

Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas. Relocation support to Austin, Texas will be provided.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and launch of impactful online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
• Onsite Content Management: Oversee and ensure flawless execution of onsite campaigns for a seamless user experience.
• Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements.

  5 to 7 years of experience in onsite marketing on e-commerce platforms or mobile applications.
• Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
