We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads
. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in digital media and/or advertising who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll manage a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. While a solid understanding of digital campaign execution is a plus, this role focuses primarily on relationship management, campaign success, and commercial growth
.

What will you do?
  • Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency and (direct) brand clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation in close partnership with internal teams, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Account Growth: Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Teads’ solutions with client goals and identifying new areas for partnership.
  • Strategic Support: Help clients understand best practices, campaign performance, and industry trends to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.

What will you bring to the team?
  • 3–5 Years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising (preferably in media, adtech, or programmatic).
  • Proven experience managing clients and supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Flash talking) is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in digital innovation.
  • A proven track-record of exceptional time management – you can effectively plan long-term, big projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
