Product Marketing Manager

Are you ready to become our first Product Marketing Manager?

We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! As the first Product Marketer at INDG | Grip, you’ll get to build an entire function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with every GTM function, lay a solid product marketing foundation, and bring our product to market. What is special about this role, is that it combines the responsibilities for two different companies:
Grip, visual content automation platform, and INDG, a technology‑first visual production partner.

INDG is a technology‑first visual production partner. By combining Agentic generative AI pipelines with Digital Twins, INDG builds systems capable of delivering high‑fidelity visual assets where quality is constant, but volume is infinite.

Grip is the software layer that enables “lights‑out” visual automation. It is not a tool for artists, but an enterprise platform that manages AI models and agentic execution. Grip integrates directly into a client’s IT infrastructure to autonomously stitch together content, rules, and metadata, scaling visual output without manual intervention.

• Product positioning and messaging: Develop unique positioning, value propositions, and messaging that align with each of our buyer personas
• Product launches: Introduce new features, releases, and integrations with launch plans designed to capture and maintain the interest of our target audience
• Market and competitive intelligence: Keep abreast of the market and competitive landscape and train the GTM team to effectively position our product.
• Sales enablement: Create internal content, documentation, and training materials to ensure the Sales team is thoroughly prepared for any potential questions from buyers
• Content creation: Produce engaging, easy‑to‑understand, and inspiring product‑focused content for each launch, including landing pages, blog posts, and webinars, to educate our audience
• Cross‑functional partnerships: Foster strong working relationships across Product, Vertical Leads, Customer Success, and Sales teams

• 5‑7 years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3+ years in product marketing
• Want to build something from the ground up
• Ready to become one of the new faces of the product and brand
• A natural storyteller and an even better writer
• Gets excited about market evolvements and knows how to channel this
