At Follo, we help brands grow on marketplaces like Bol, Amazon, Zalando, and more. Fast-paced, data-driven, and always looking for the next big win. We work with brands like ASICS, M-Line, and Hunkemöller, boosting visibility and sales across Europe.

Now, we’re looking for a Medior Advertising Specialist to take our marketplace campaigns to the next level – someone who loves numbers, strategy, and results as much as a good coffee on a Monday morning.

• Own and optimise advertising campaigns across marketplaces like Amazon, Bol, and Zalando.
• Monitor KPIs like ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates – and take action fast.
• Experiment boldly: test new bids, placements, and targeting to scale success.

• Analyse campaign performance, spot trends, and turn insights into results.
• Advise Consultants and clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Keep an eye on client satisfaction and jump in when things need a boost.

• Use AI tools and smart automations to make campaigns faster, smarter, better.
• Test new features, tools, and strategies – staying ahead is part of the fun.

• Collaborate closely with Specialists, Consultants, and Content teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues, share your know-how, and make the team shine.
• Help onboard new team members – because great campaigns need great people.

Salary
€3,250 – €4,250 gross (40 hours). Impact = growth = reward.

Work & Travel
Travel allowance or NS-Business Card, home office allowance, plus a budget to set up your workspace.
We work hybrid (approx. 50/50). Trust comes first.

Balance

• 2–5 years of experience in marketplace advertising is a must
• Proven track record on Amazon, , or similar platforms.
• Data-driven, analytical, and ready to make decisions confidently.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Dutch/German/French is a plus).
• Ownership, creativity, and a passion for improving campaigns and processes.
