Senior Director, Network Solutions Marketing

• Lead solution positioning and marketing programs for access networking and NOC cloud-native SaaS solutions
• Drive solution success in alignment with Sales, Success, Commercial Strategy, and Product teams
• Develop and own solution offer strategy and positioning to align with market opportunities
• Engage customers through meetings, speaking engagements, and executive briefings
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create marketing collateral and support the product lifecycle

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant solution or product marketing experience; MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of access networking, including subscriber management and PON FTTH networks
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative work environment
• Ability to drive programs forward while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Strong written communication and public speaking/presentation skills

• Experience with AI architecture and its application to operations and workflow automation
• Background in marketing solutions to broadband service providers
• Thorough understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go To Market (GTM) processes
