The Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications at Mission Driven Finance® will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing the company’s brand, voice, and digital presence. This strategic and hands‑on position is ideal for individuals equipped with both narrative sensibility and digital marketing rigor. You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with various stakeholders, including borrowers, investors, and partners, underlined by a commitment to brand consistency across all channels.

- Steward the Mission Driven Finance® brand, ensuring consistency across all external communications, materials, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain MDF’s digital presence, ensuring content is current and on‑brand.
- Lead content strategy and production, ensuring engaging and differentiated content across formats.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and lead nurturing.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Build and manage editorial calendars and campaign timelines for consistent output.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align messaging and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring standard quality and impact.
- Support planning and execution of external events and webinars.
- 6-12 years of experience in marketing or communications roles with demonstrated responsibility growth.
- Proven success in leading integrated marketing and communications efforts in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong experience in managing digital channels and leveraging tools like Hub Spot and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling communications.
