- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction
- Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media activities with brand objectives
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote products, services, or events
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media management
- Assist in managing online reputation and handling public relations issues professionally
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation
- Strong understanding of public relations principles
- Excellent written communication skills tailored to different audiences
