As our Junior Marketing Manager, you will join a high-energy team in our Zurich office (with hybrid working flexibility) reporting to the Head of Marketing Switzerland. • Drive Excellence: Support the development of local marketing strategies and a high-impact campaign calendar aligned with global goals.

• Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel activations across digital, social, PR, and CRM to ensure we consistently Deliver for our customers.

• Performance Focus: Track KPIs and monitor dashboards to translate data into actionable insights that optimize our future marketing efforts.

• Aim High: Proactively manage B2C budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring every resource is used efficiently to maximize local impact.

• Collaborative Spirit: Act as a vital connector between local execution and global strategy, helping your teammates succeed through shared goals.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, and external agencies to ensure seamless cross-functional project delivery.

• Industry Insight: Experience in Food, Retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer-facing marketing with a commitment to understanding our internal and external partners.
