In deze rol versterk je het werkgeversmerk door arbeidsmarktcampagnes en optimaliseer je de candidate journey op de werken bij-website. Je voert samen met diverse stakeholders campagnes uit om de zichtbaarheid te vergroten en zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten fan blijven, ook bij afwijzing. Een HBO of WO diploma en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring zijn vereist.
