As a Meta Ads Media Buyer, you’ll spearhead the creation and optimization of lead generation campaigns across our platforms. Your mission: to craft impactful, high-ROI media strategies that align seamlessly with our internal objectives. Armed with an arsenal of digital media prowess and analytical finesse, you’ll navigate the Meta advertising ecosystem (mainly Facebook & Instagram) with finesse, ensuring our campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations.

• Conduct in-depth pre-campaign research and leverage audience insights to inform buying decisions.
• Execute profitable campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), in addition to traffic sources like Google.
• Unleash your creativity by designing compelling ads (short-form video and static creatives optimized for Meta placements).
• Analyze web and campaign metrics precisely, crafting detailed effectiveness reports and prescribing optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate on the development and optimization of lead generation landing pages to bolster conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate campaign stats and allocate budgets based on performance metrics.

We seek a Media Buying maverick, ideally with roots in Performance Marketing, driven by a fervent passion for digital marketing and a relentless pursuit of success. The perfect fit thrives in autonomous, remote environments, embodying a sense of responsibility and initiative.

• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive independently, sans micromanagement.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Media Buying, preferably within a digital agency or performance and affiliate marketing sphere.
• Demonstrated success in running profitable campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.
• Comprehensive understanding of Meta campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI), as well as digital planning and analytical tools.
• Capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a penchant for organization.
• Video and static ads creation (optimized for Meta formats such as Reels, Stories, and Feed, using several tools including AI ones).
