Role DescriptionThe Client Development Coordinato
r is a critical support role for Elevation’s Client Development team. This position exists to keep new business moving forward, cleanly, efficiently, and professionally.
You’ll work directly with senior client development leadership and internal strategy, creative, and account teams to support inbound leads, pitches, proposals, marketing activities and follow-through. You won’t be responsible for selling, but you will be expected to think, anticipate needs, and raise the bar on how we show up in the market.
This role is best suited for someone who’s already been close to sales, agency account management or agency operations and wants to sharpen their skills inside a serious B2B agency.
Elevation believes great collaboration in the advertising and marketing agency space happens in person; therefore, this position is on-site only, with two work-from-home days a month.
Key Capabilities and ResponsibilitiesClient Development Support
- Support day-to-day new business activity and pipeline coordination
- Research target accounts, industries, and prospects before conversations happen
- Help prepare pitch decks, credentials presentations, and sales materials
- Coordinate proposal and SOW development by pulling inputs from strategy, creative, and account teams
- Keep CRM records accurate, current, and useful
Proposals & Presentations
- Format, proof, and organize proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses
- Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and credentials materials
- Support meeting prep, scheduling, and post-meeting follow-up
- Track opportunities, proposal stages, and next steps
- Maintain visibility into pipeline status and reporting
- Help manage calendars, deadlines, and internal coordination
- Document decisions, next steps, and action items so nothing slips
Enablement & Support
- Help keep sales enablement materials current and relevant
- Coordinate with marketing on case studies, thought leadership, and outbound efforts
Exprience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, marketing coordination, or an agency environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
- Professional presence and comfort working with senior leadership
- Experience in a B2B/B2C marketing or professional services agency
- Familiarity with Hub Spot
- Exposure to agency new business or proposal workflows
