Our client, a global leader in the IT industry, is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Associate Product Marketing Manager to join their Learning organization. In this role, you will shape strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a flagship learning product that is setting the industry standard.

The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is an avid user of Generative AI (GAI) to augment and automate work. You’ve built GPTs, AI agents, or AI teammates to assist in your role and thrive in leveraging AI for efficiency and innovation.

• Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our learning platform for learners, customers, and partners.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to plan and execute feature launches, driving adoption and growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, delivering actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales & Partner Enablement: Create impactful collateral, training, and enablement materials to empower sales teams and partners.
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of monthly marketing deliverables (emails, social campaigns, blogs, webinars) ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Experience: 1–3 years in product marketing, marketing, or related roles within tech, SaaS, or education technology industries. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Generative AI Expertise: Proven ability to leverage GAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, CopyAI) for content creation, workflow automation, and marketing optimization.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional learning platforms or certification programs (e.g., Pluralsight, Udemy, Coursera, Linked In Learning) and/or experience in tech companies.
• Skills & Tools: Proficiency in marketing platforms and analytics tools (Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Jira/Confluence) and strong project management capabilities.
• Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
