Associate Marketing Manager, EMS Software

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
• Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
• Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
• Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring high responsiveness and satisfaction
• Collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus

• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on supporting adoption and growth of EMS software
• Previous experience supporting training initiatives and events
