• Manage end-to-end paid media execution, including budget pacing, bid optimization, and ad trafficking
• Use analytics tools daily to assess campaign performance and make data‑driven optimizations
• Support the development of channel expansion strategies by identifying new growth opportunities
• Track and report on paid and organic campaign outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitive activity for marketing efforts

• 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including campaign management
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid Google and Meta campaigns
• Experience trafficking and managing ad campaigns in the Apple App Store
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager

• Strong visual creative sense for image and video content
• Experience with crafting performance‑oriented copywriting
• A proactive and growth‑focused attitude, thriving in fast‑paced environments
• Passion for Eater and its restaurant coverage
