Job Description And DutiesDo you thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where you help shape content that makes a real impact? As the Employee Engagement Information Officer I, you will:
- Write, edit, and strategically plan content across multiple communication channels to inform, engage, and inspire CalPERS employees.
- Lead creative campaigns and initiatives that elevate workplace communication.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate large‑scale projects and maintain the intranet.
- Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of key messages.
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve audience reach.
This hybrid position allows up to 40% remote work (two days per week). Apply promptly to secure this role.
