Job Description And Duties

Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where you help shape content that makes a real impact? As the Employee Engagement Information Officer I, you will:

  • Write, edit, and strategically plan content across multiple communication channels to inform, engage, and inspire CalPERS employees.
  • Lead creative campaigns and initiatives that elevate workplace communication.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate large‑scale projects and maintain the intranet.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of key messages.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve audience reach.
Telework Information

This hybrid position allows up to 40% remote work (two days per week). Apply promptly to secure this role.

  • Describe your experience researching, writing, and editing content for targeted audiences across multiple communication channels.
  • Describe your experience developing strategic communication or marketing plans for an enterprise initiative, campaign, or event.
  • Describe your experience serving as a project lead on large‑scale communications projects with cross‑functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications

All required experience and education listed in the Classification Specification must be included in your application.
