Overview

Senior Project Marketing Manager — This is a 9-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role working PST hours, with potential to convert.

This role supports marketing initiatives focused on driving revenue, engagement, and retention, with a strong emphasis on project-based and construction or renovation-related marketing. The Senior Marketing Specialist translates business strategy into effective marketing programs, partners cross-functionally, and leads execution across multiple initiatives while representing Marketing across the organization.

• Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that support key business initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, guide day-to-day marketing activities, and manage creative development from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies and vendors; oversee timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and performance reporting to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, fitness, service, or consumer-focused environments.
• Experience managing creative development processes and working with third-party vendors.
• Experience operating within cross-functional or matrixed organizations.

• This opportunity is remote and requires working PST hours.
• Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required.
• Ability to lift packages up to 30 pounds, if needed.
• The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50.00 - $55.00 per hour.
• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
