Communications Intern

Responsibilities:

• Update and utilize our proprietary, customized Salesforce CRM to track relationships
• Engage social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest
• Create content for our social media platforms
• Writing newsletters and posting on social media
• Writing copy for Universal Giving®’s website
• Craft and update outreach communication templates
• Update our Communications systems, tracking all placements
• Prepare for the CEO’s speaking engagements, conferences, and events
• With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects and new responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing, including social media
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Critical attention to detail and commitment to excellence are core values
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided)
• Demonstrated experience in the field of communications, and/or PR
• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus

Duration and Location

• Position is available for part-time (5-20 hours per week)
• Minimum 6 months commitment
• We provide remote positions with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, and many more.
