Position: Marketing Operations

Hours: US 9am-5pm EST

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the company’s Discord channel
• Organize and structure channels, roles, and permissions effectively
• Monitor community activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Coordinate announcements, updates, and scheduled posts
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to execute campaigns within Discord
• Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Implement and manage bots, automations, and integrations where needed
• Ensure timely responses to community questions and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging community environment

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Discord communities (professional experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Discord features, bots, and integrations
• Experience in Marketing Operations, Community Management, or similar role
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative
