Marketing Manager, Surgical

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Tempe, AZ, with the flexibility to work from home some of the time. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and awareness of Stryker's Sustainability Solutions Surgical franchise. This includes managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The individual will oversee content creation and branding initiatives, while maintaining alignment with company goals and policies.

• 8+ years of work experience required
• 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
