Job Description

Job Summary

Provides operational and strategic support to the Regional Market & Brand Strategy team and assists with general marketing functions, including financial processing and reporting, event planning, vendor management/store maintenance, and marketing team support.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Coordinates execution of projects or parts of projects as directed by the manager or team, and manages complex projects with proactive communications related to progress and status timeline.
  • Manages the Office Marketing Conduit Network processes, ensuring consistent execution and firmwide uniformity, ensuring consistent communications and training to ensure network is informed and able to execute on their role.
  • Supports local office and regional events in collaboration with Conduits and the Engagement/Segment Teams.
  • Assists in managing inventory of specialty items and exhibition/event supplies and coordinates vendor relationships related to The Rehmann Mall.
  • Leads marketing payables processes, including adjustments, reallocations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Assists Associate Director with Annual Office Marketing Planning documentation and accounting records.
  • Manages a centralized database of Regional Associations and coordinates Campaign communications.
  • Performs additional duties aligned with the scope of the Regional Marketing Coordinator role.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Able to prioritize work and manage time
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and sound judgment in making decisions
  • Demonstrates professional image, maturity, self-confidence, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrates an understanding of marketing and communications techniques and practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Demonstrates aptitude in adopting new technology and curiosity in exploring its potential.
  • Adept in adopting new technologies and maintains a curiosity in evaluating their potential applications.
  • Articulate in speech; communicates in a clear, fact-based manner
  • Demonstrates ability to handle client communications in a professional manner, including addressing issues requiring discretion, including confidential materials
  • Strong attention to detail
Education And Experience
  • Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in a Marketing-related field.
  • Experience with applicable Marketing Technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and project management software preferred. , Salesforce, DOMO, Hub Spot, and SharePoint experience is a plus.
