Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for an Account Specialist in AEC Marketing, located in the Greater New Orleans/Gulf Coast Region. The Account Specialist will manage and maintain client relationships, act as a key point of contact, and oversee client projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing tailored marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies that align with clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, supported by active listening and clear articulation
• Proficient Analytical skills to identify client needs, create data-driven strategies, and evaluate financial outcomes
• Prior experience in marketing, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industries or real estate development, or related fields preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
